RV terms: When it comes to those folks who yearn for the freedom of the open road and the ability to travel anywhere in the country with nothing but the wheels under their feet, then having an RV or travel trailer is the only way to do it in style and comfort.
And just like any other group of people who live their own way and have their special niche of life carved out in society, they also have their own language filled with various RV terms that only a fellow travel enthusiast is familiar with.
So the folks here at Patriot RV thought it might be fun to share a few of these words and phrases with our friends, and maybe see if we can convert one or two of those hotel-dwellers as well!
Camping in a park with no water or electrical hookups.
People who travel south in their RVs for the winter.
A slang term for RVs.
An RV with a storage area for smaller recreational vehicles such as 4-wheelers, jet-skis, or dirt bikes.
People who travel and live in RVs full-time.
